It is not the best time to suddenly wake up at around 1am with the steady sound of the fan and the raindrops outside. It's cold. So cold that the first feeling I can think of is sadness. Gone is fear. It all boiled down to sadness.

How can I stop feeling this way? All I want to do is sleep so I can get on with my day vigorously the following day.

How can I go back to sleep? I wanna forget hearing the sound of the rain getting louder and louder.

  1. How about listening to music? If you have headphones, that will drown out the sound of the rain too. I hope you're feeling much better today. Hang in there!
